Many find that TRE helps to improve sleep. In this course I combine TRE with a Trauma Informed Approach to Sleep Improvement.

This 4 part course is based on my Sleep Improvement Course, and for the TRE community the course is adapted to include more information about trauma and its effects on sleep, TRE in relation to sleep, dreams and nightmares, as well as a TRE session in each part of the course.

Who is This Course For?

The course is open to anyone who already is familiar with TRE and who do TRE as a personal practice. If you are not familiar with TRE and still interested in this course you are welcome, but this course is not meant as an introduction to TRE. If you are a TRE Provider or Trainer this information can also be interesting for your clients and can help you support them with regards to sleep issues.

Especially for those who have experience trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) the effects on sleep can be debilitating, affecting not only your physical health but also your mental and emotional resilience.

With a passion for sleep improvement and personal experience overcoming sleep challenges, I am dedicated to helping others achieve improved sleep.

I became actively involved in self-development as a student in my early 20’s and have been focused on learning, self-development and change processes, body-oriented methods, communication, conflict resolution, parenting, trauma therapy etc. Solving my sleep problems and sleep improvement has been an important part of my journey.

I have trained in and are a practitioner of the Sounder Sleep System, in addtion to several other practices that help in sleep improvement, the Feldenkrais Method, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and am also a Global Certfification Trainer in Trauma Release Exercises (TRE).

Recordings

This course will be recorded. The recordings will be made available for participants of the course and will also be made available for sale for others afterward. As a participant you need to accept that the course will be recorded and used for this purpose after the course.
