I have developed these TRE in Depth courses to help you access new layers of tremors and release in more parts of your body, helping you explore the profound potential the Neurogenic Tremors have, both within the basic TRE exercises, as well as beyond them.
This includes learning more exercises and positions, understanding and following your body and your tremors more, helping you to deepen and refine your tremor and release experience. And if you are a TRE provider, to help you with the same with your clients.
