TRE® in Depth Online Upcoming Courses

TRE® in Depth Courses

These “TRE In Depth Courses” build on my 30+ years of experience with somatic, embodied movement and release work to help you get more out of your TRE practice.

I have developed these TRE in Depth courses to help you access new layers of tremors and release in more parts of your body, helping you explore the profound potential the Neurogenic Tremors have, both within the basic TRE exercises, as well as beyond them.

This includes learning more exercises and positions, understanding and following your body and your tremors more, helping you to deepen and refine your tremor and release experience. And if you are a TRE provider, to help you with the same with your clients.

If you have learned the basics of TRE, and want to go deeper into the release process, learn more and refine it, I have developed these courses for you.

Whether you’re using TRE for your own healing or supporting others as a provider, these courses offer a powerful opportunity to unlock the full potential of this method.

Target Audience: These courses are for you who have significant experience with TRE® as a personal practice, including TRE® instructors and trainers.
Deeper Tremoring Experience: Learn more about the profound potential within the basic TRE® exercises.
Facilitated by Hans Holter Solhjell
TRE® Global Certification Trainer, Conflict Resolution Trainer, SE and Feldenkrais Method Practitioner.
