This page explains the relationship between TFA – TRE™ For All and the independently developed TRE™ Extended Studies Program and the Certified Autonomic Flow Facilitator™ certification.

The TRE™ Extended Studies Program has been developed by Hans Holter Solhjell, TRE™ Global Certification Trainer, within the framework of the TFA TRE™ Innovative Program Guidelines.

These guidelines support the development of innovative TRE™ programs that build on established TRE™ principles and standards while allowing room for further development, specialisation, cultural adaptation, and specialty certification pathways.

Programs developed within this framework may operate independently of TFA’s administrative oversight and do not require prior TFA approval. At the same time, developers are expected to maintain the core principles, integrity, and established minimum standards of TRE™, maintain relevant certification and membership in good standing, communicate transparently with TFA and the TRE™ community, and remain open to feedback and constructive dialogue.

The TRE™ Extended Studies Program is therefore an independently developed post-certification program that has permission to use the TRE™ name within the framework of the TFA TRE™ Innovative Program Guidelines.

Participants who complete the full TRE™ Extended Studies A+B training, practice, assessment, and certification requirements will receive certification issued by the developer of the program, Hans Holter Solhjell, TRE™ Global Certification Trainer, with the title:
Certified Autonomic Flow Facilitator™

TFA will also recognise completion of the program, issue a certificate of completion, and maintain a record of participants who have completed the training. This provides formal documentation within the TFA system of the post-certification work that has been completed.

The Certified Autonomic Flow Facilitator™ title is not a credential issued directly by TFA. The TRE™ Extended Studies Program is not part of the TRE™ Global Certification Training Program and does not replace the foundational TRE™ Provider certification.

At present, TFA does not formally authorise post-certification programs of this kind as part of its Global Certification Training Program. As TFA continues to develop its organisational structures, policies, professional pathways, and possible future post-certification credentials, the training and competencies completed through the TRE™ Extended Studies Program may potentially be taken into account in such future developments.

The TFA TRE™ Innovative Program Guidelines therefore provide a framework for developing a substantial post-certification pathway while maintaining a clear distinction between the independently issued Certified Autonomic Flow Facilitator™ certification and the recognition and certificate of completion provided by TFA.
