We will conduct a tremor session, demonstrate practical interventions and modifications, and offer individual guidance and support to help you harness calm, clarity, and comfort in your daily life.

These sessions are for those with quite a bit of experience with TRE® as a personal practice, instructors, and trainers. They are not beginner sessions and provide additional ideas, exercises, and interventions compared to the basic set of TRE® exercises.

Harnessing TRE® for Neurodiversity

-Unlocking Potential: Easing Anxiety, Enhancing Learning, and Boosting Productivity

Wednesday 4th of September | 5 pm – 6 pm CEST.
This is a free talk and open to anyone.

In this talk, I will share impactful case stories from neurodivergent individuals—including those who are autistic, have ADHD, or dyslexia—who have reduced stress and anxiety, and achieved better well-being as well as improved outcomes in education and their careers through Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE).

We will delve into the practical applications of TRE for managing symptoms of autism and ADHD. This exploration aims to inspire you to consider incorporating TRE into your personal routine or professional practice.

This presentation is designed for both experienced TRE providers and trainers, as well as those new to this method or those experiencing chronic pain. You will gain insights into how TRE can be a transformative tool in managing discomfort and enhancing daily functioning.

About Raquel Devillé

TRE® provider, yoga teacher and therapist

In 2018, I discovered that I am neurodivergent. Since then, I have devoted myself to exploring this subject through extensive reading and research.

With a solid foundation in HR management and a master’s in Occupational Health and Ergonomics, I have always been drawn to understanding the dynamics of the human body. My journey underwent a significant transformation with the discovery of yoga and TRE. This combination proved revolutionary, merging my academic background with a holistic approach to health and wellness.

As the founder of Recentrez-vous, a yoga and therapy center in Virton, Belgium, I have the privilege of sharing my insights and enthusiasm with a diverse range of individuals. However, it is my role as a TRE provider that has been particularly gratifying. I have witnessed neurodivergent clients unlock remarkable potential, achieving eased anxiety, enhanced academic performance, and improved productivity through the power of this practice.

I am proudly autistic and hail from the coastal village of Ericeira in Portugal, though I now make my home in Virton, Belgium. I am committed to a balanced, natural lifestyle; I choose to walk barefoot, consume only unprocessed foods, and prioritize early bedtime to support my well-being.

My book in French (nothing to do with TRE, just an aerial yoga manual)
