Learn the Benefits and Techniques of Side Lying Tremors

TRE® Tremoring while Lying on the Side

-A 2 part series of TRE® sessions
-Release your Hands, Fingers, Feet and Toes

Facilitated by Hans Holter Solhjell

Learn how to benefit more from the TRE® exercises by including a focus on side-lying position.

Hans Holter Solhjell

Welcome to this transformative TRE® course!

Many participants in TRE® courses primarily learn the basic positions in TRE and tremor only lying on their back. While this position is an excellent starting point for many patterns of tremors and movements, a typical TRE® session can involve a wide range of body movements, and not all are well-supported by the back-lying position.

Each position in TRE® facilitates certain patterns and movements while potentially hindering others. The side-lying position is particularly useful for understanding with regards to flexion and extension movements, rotational movements, as well as breath-related releases, crying etc. It also allows for a new set of hands-on interventions.

TRE® and Explicit Memories

-A 3 part series of TRE® sessions
-Using Cognitive Methods with TRE® for Addressing Explicit Memories

Facilitated by Hans Holter Solhjell

In this 3 part series of TRE® sessions, you’ll learn how to integrate TRE® and neurogenic tremors with a cognitive technique, The Perceptual Positions Model, designed to address explicit memories.

Hans Holter Solhjell

Integrating TRE® with Cognitive Methods for Episodic Memories

While TRE® primarily processes somatic and emotional memories stored in the body, adding cognitive methods working with explicit, episodic memories provides a holistic approach to trauma healing, addressing both the mental and physical aspects of trauma. This integrated approach can significantly improve your capacity to process and heal from traumatic memories.

Additionally, the demonstrations in this course will show you how to effectively combine TRE® with other methods you may already be familiar with, such as Somatic Experiencing, talk therapy, other cognitive methods etc.
