About Raquel Devillé
TRE® mentor, Somatic Experiencing® and Brainspotting practitioner
In 2018, I learned that I am neurodivergent. Since then, I’ve devoted myself to understanding this from the inside out—through study, lived experience, and the people I support every day.
With a background in HR management and a master’s in Occupational Health and Ergonomics, I’ve long been drawn to how the body and mind shape our daily lives. My path shifted deeply when I discovered yoga, TRE®, and somatic therapy. These practices helped me blend science, self-awareness, and care in a way that feels both grounded and liberating.
I created the EnCorps framework to support neurodivergent women in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing stress, and building emotional resilience. This work led me to write It’s Not Your Period!, a practical and heartfelt guide for those navigating anxiety, pain, and emotional overwhelm in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference.
I now offer therapy both in person at my practice, Recentrez-vous, in Virton, Belgium, and online, where I guide clients from around the world. As a certified Somatic Experiencing® and Brainspotting practitioner, I bring a body-oriented and trauma-informed approach to every session. Whether in-person or online, I create a space where deep change can happen gently, at your pace.
I’m proudly atypical. I was born in the coastal village of Ericeira, Portugal, and now live quietly in Virton. I live simply—barefoot, early to bed, unprocessed food—because I’ve learned that taking care of myself is the best way to be present for others.
I also have written a book about TRE and neurodiversity, “It’s Not Your Period! Beyond Moods and Myths: Understanding Unexplainable Emotions and the Hidden Roots of Pain, Stress, and Anxiety”.
